In case you were wondering, this is apparently the desecration of the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier made so much of by Justin Trudeau, the Liberals, and the mayor of Ottawa.
Pretty brief, a solitary act, and it really does not look as t though her intent was to desecrate. More likely, she had no idea where she was.
