The entertainments at Philippine festivals can be touchingly basic. This is from Cebu's Sinulog, probably the biggest annual fair anywhere in the islands. Note that the little plastic figurines are not the prizes. Those are the things you are trying to hit. Knock one down, and you win a "stick chocolait."
