As a foster parent to two girls, it was heartbreaking to see how the court would give their mother chance after chance, when she was continually poisoning their minds, lying, and failing drug tests. She finally gave up custody not at the insistence of the court, but so she could party some more with a guy who had put one of her daughters in the hospital with a broken jaw. The step-dad continues to remain in their lives on a steady basis. I don’t know where the mom is.
